2. Description of Service

EventFlow Pro provides AI-powered event management tools, including guest list tracking, menu generation, and budget estimation. We offer both Free and Paid (Pro) tiers.

3. AI & Content Disclaimer

Our service utilizes Artificial Intelligence (Gemini AI) to generate menu ideas and images. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content is for inspirational purposes only. EventFlow Pro does not guarantee the accuracy of recipes, allergen information, or pricing estimates. Users should verify all dietary details with professional caterers.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Pro Plans: Certain features (Unlimited Tasks, CSV Export, Dynamic Budgeting) require a paid subscription. You agree to pay the fees indicated for your selected plan (Individual or Enterprise).

Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall EventFlow Pro, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to event cancellations or catering errors.

7. Data Privacy

We respect your privacy. Guest data collected via Poll Forms is stored securely and is accessible only to the event organizer. We do not sell guest data to third parties.
