He moved on to welcoming travelers as a receptionist, eventually carving out a reputation for excellence as a Sales Account Manager at a premier conference venue.
It was during these years that Vincent saw the chaos organizers faced: the endless spreadsheets, the missed dietary requirements, and the stress of "winging it."
